Head of Accounting Policy - IFRS Expert (Remote/Flexible)

Monzo is seeking an experienced Head of Accounting Policy to establish and lead our technical accounting policy function for Group, UK and EU entities. You will translate complex IFRS into actionable business guidance and advise on new product proposals and complex transactions.

You will chair the internal technical accounting forum, engage with external auditors, and partner with finance leaders to ensure consistency and robust external reporting.
