Strategic Head of Accounting Policy (IFRS & Banking)

Monzo is seeking an experienced Head of Accounting Policy to establish and lead our technical policy function across Group, UK, and EU entities. The role sits at the finance-operations junction, advising on proposals, leading policy fora, and guiding the wider team while delivering high-quality external reporting.

The ideal candidate is a fully qualified accountant with 5+ years in accounting policy or technical accounting, preferably with banking experience.
