Our client is looking for a visionary Head of AI Strategy and Innovation to lead their AI efforts, operating in a fully remote capacity. This senior leadership role is responsible for defining and executing the company's overarching AI strategy, identifying new opportunities for AI application, and fostering a culture of innovation across the organisation. You will be instrumental in shaping the future direction of AI within the company, driving research, development, and adoption of advanced AI technologies to achieve strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a clear AI strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging AI trends and technologies for potential adoption.
- Lead strategic AI research and development initiatives, from concept to implementation.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to drive AI adoption across all relevant departments.
- Build and manage relationships with key technology partners and research institutions.
- Oversee the ethical considerations and responsible deployment of AI technologies.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant field such as Computer Science, AI, or Business Strategy.
- 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or a related technology leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing AI strategies in a corporate setting.
- Deep understanding of the AI landscape, including ML, DL, NLP, and generative AI.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and manage complex projects.
