About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a robust corporate fundraising strategy to meet and exceed income targets.

• Lead the negotiation and closing of high-value partnerships, including sponsorships, employee fundraising, and cause-related marketing.
• Develop and deliver compelling pitches and proposals tailored to the specific interests of corporate partners.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in corporate fundraising, partnership development, or business development, preferably within the non-profit sector.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully securing and managing significant corporate partnerships.
• Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment based in Birmingham .
