Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the English Literature department, setting strategic goals and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and review of the English Literature curriculum for all key stages , including exam preparation.
• Mentor and support teaching staff within the department, conducting performance reviews and identifying professional development needs.

Requirements

• A degree in English Literature or a related field, with a recognized teaching qualification.
• Significant experience in teaching English Literature at the secondary level, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
