Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the English Literature department , including curriculum planning, resource allocation, and staff development.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in English Literature or a related field, with a strong academic background.

• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
