About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished and strategic Head of Finance to lead their financial operations. This is a key executive position responsible for setting the financial direction, managing all aspects of financial planning and analysis, and ensuring the company's fiscal health. You will work closely with the board and senior management to drive growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and financial reporting.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, banks, and auditors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
• Provide strategic financial advice and insights to the board and senior leadership team to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Full professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and significant post-qualification experience at a senior level.
• Proven track record in financial leadership, strategic planning, and financial management.
• Extensive knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing and developing finance teams within a growth-oriented environment.
