About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead their financial strategy, operating remotely. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. You will provide critical financial insights to support executive decision-making, drive business performance, and ensure long-term financial health. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned finance leader to build and manage a high-performing FP&A function, driving strategic financial initiatives and impacting the company's growth trajectory from a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Oversee the development and delivery of accurate and timely financial forecasts.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and management reporting dashboards.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations to the executive leadership team.
- Manage and mentor the FP&A team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial planning and analysis.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with significant leadership experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a remote or hybrid environment.
