About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead their finance function in a remote-first capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the company's strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Drive financial performance analysis, identifying key trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop robust financial models to support business decisions, scenario planning, and long-term strategy.
• Oversee the preparation of comprehensive financial reports and presentations for the executive team and board of directors.

Requirements

• MBA, Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Significant experience (10+ years) in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record in leadership roles, preferably within financial services .
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and management reporting.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and the regulatory landscape of the banking industry .
