Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards, maintaining pristine facility conditions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior management or operational leadership role within the fitness or leisure industry.
• Demonstrable success in managing budgets, P&L, and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of fitness industry best practices, equipment, and programming.
• Relevant certifications in fitness instruction, personal training, or sports management are highly desirable.
