Head of Inclusion, Attendance & Behaviour

Affinity Learning Partnership in Burton-on-Trent is seeking a Trust Leader of Inclusion, Attendance and Behaviour. You will be a compassionate educational leader who believes every pupil can succeed, with a focus on SEND and vulnerable learners.

You will work with school leaders across the Trust to raise attendance, improve behaviour and promote inclusive practice. You will use evidence and data while building strong relationships with families and external agencies to support pupils to thrive.
