The Candidate

We are recruiting a Trust Leader of Inclusion, Attendance and Behaviour. You will be an inspiring and compassionate educational leader who genuinely believes that every pupil can succeed, whatever their starting point or circumstances. You will be passionate about inclusion and committed to creating an environment in which every child and young person feels valued, supported and able to thrive. With significant leadership experience and a strong understanding of SEND, disadvantaged and vulnerable pupils, you will bring both the expertise and the care needed to make a real difference.

You will be a collaborative leader who builds trust and listens carefully. Working alongside school leaders and colleagues across the Trust, you will share ideas, promote best practice and provide both challenge and support to strengthen attendance, behaviour and inclusion. You will be confident using evidence and data to understand what our pupils need, but equally recognise the importance of relationships, belonging and working effectively with families and external agencies.

Above all, you will share our belief that inclusion is at the heart of great education. You will bring energy, resilience and optimism, alongside high expectations of yourself and others.
