Head of Integrated Management Systems & Compliance

Ontic is recruiting a Head of IMS Compliance to oversee the Integrated Management System across Staverton, Tewkesbury and Bishops Cleeve sites. You will drive compliance with AS9100, Part 21G, Part 145 and ISO standards, embed governance, and lead audits and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Quality Director, you’ll manage the IMS team, report performance to senior leadership, and collaborate with stakeholders. Regular travel to sites will be required as part of the role.
