Head of Operations & Finance (Hybrid, Bath)

Bath-based education charity is seeking a Head of Operations in Bath, offering c.£47,000 - £49,000 for a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working. You will lead central operations across finance, facilities, data and administration to support delivery for beneficiaries.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will manage a multi-disciplinary team, oversee budgeting and financial planning, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with the SLT and Trustees.
