About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Operations to oversee the efficient and effective functioning of their organisation in Bristol . Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the organisation's operations, including finance, HR, IT, and facilities.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage the annual operational budget, ensuring financial prudence and value for money.
• Lead and develop the operations support team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the charity sector .
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational areas to optimise service delivery and impact.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a senior operations management role, preferably within the non-profit or charity sector.
• Proven ability to manage diverse operational functions, including finance, HR, and IT.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in budget management and financial oversight.
• Excellent understanding of UK charity regulations and governance.
