Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a global, remote-based operations team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Develop and implement scalable operational processes, systems, and policies for a distributed workforce.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance for all operational activities.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in senior operations leadership , with a proven track record in managing remote or globally distributed teams.
