Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a senior operations leadership role, such as Director of Operations or VP of Operations.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex operational functions and multi-site operations.

• Excellent strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities, adept at managing remote teams.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
