Head of Preconstruction – Fit-Out, Lead & Estimating

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Pre-Construction Director to own all preconstruction activities across the business. You will lead a team of 10 and oversee bid management, planning, design and estimating, working in close collaboration with the board of directors, commercial and operations teams.
