About the Role
Our client is seeking an innovative and experienced Head of Product Management to lead their product strategy and execution in a fully remote capacity. This senior leadership position is responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of cutting-edge products. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional products that meet market needs and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a deep understanding of agile methodologies, and a proven ability to lead and inspire product teams in a distributed environment, shaping the future of our client's offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers , fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation and research through development, launch, and iteration.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify user needs and market trends.
- Act as a key evangelist for the product, both internally and externally, communicating the product strategy and value proposition.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management , with a proven track record of launching successful products.
- 3+ years of experience managing and leading product management teams, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and product management frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
