About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Public Relations to lead their entirely remote PR function. This senior leadership role demands strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the media landscape to drive significant brand impact. You will be responsible for shaping the company's public narrative, managing stakeholder relationships, and overseeing all aspects of public relations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive, forward-thinking public relations strategy that aligns with corporate objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of remote PR professionals to achieve outstanding results.
• Manage all aspects of media relations, including crisis communications and proactive media engagement.
• Cultivate and maintain C-suite level relationships with key media, industry influencers, and stakeholders.
• Oversee the creation of compelling PR materials and ensure brand consistency across all communications.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of PR initiatives, demonstrating ROI.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in public relations , with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing large-scale PR campaigns and managing corporate reputation.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience leading and managing remote teams effectively.
• Outstanding media relations skills and established network of contacts.
