• Strong candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills.

• The ability to work independently while partnering closely with senior leaders.

• A proactive, hands-on approach to recruitment.

• Strong communication, organisation and influencing skills.

What We Are Looking For

This is a key role within the Ofsted division, so we are looking for someone who can demonstrate proven results, rather than someone who has simply worked within recruitment.

You will need to understand what makes a strong Registered Manager, where to find them and how to successfully attract and recruit them.
