This is a fast-paced, varied role with a range of successful health improvement services, including weight management & physical activity, falls prevention, smoking cessation, and more.

You will be leading the development and performance management of the service, building and developing the teams, and establishing relationships and partnerships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
