Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive sports performance strategy based on data analytics and scientific research.
• Manage and mentor a team of performance analysts, sports scientists, and technologists.
• Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of athlete data from training and competition.
• Develop and present performance insights and recommendations to coaching staff, athletes, and senior management.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance performance tracking and intervention.
• Ensure data integrity and ethical data handling practices across the department.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Sports Science, Performance Analysis, Biomechanics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sports performance analysis , with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in applying advanced analytical techniques, modeling, and data visualization to sports performance.
• Strong understanding of physiological, biomechanical, and psychological factors influencing athletic performance.
• Experience with various performance tracking technologies (e.g., GPS, video analysis software, force plates).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
