Head of Technology and Design: two permanent Teaching allowances + one 12-month Recruitment Allowance

Objectives:

1. To ensure that the College Vision Statement is reflected in Subject Policy and in the delivery of Technology & Design throughout the college. To support and monitor relevant staff development for the mutual benefit of individuals and the college. To disseminate information and carry out administrative tasks.
2. To initiate and develop all work within the spirit of our restorative approach.
