Health and Safety Advisor - PAYE ONLY

Our client, a world leader in their field, is seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Advisor to join their HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) department. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and innovative shipyard environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage permit to work systems.
• Conduct regular health and safety inspections and audits.
• Implement and monitor health and safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation.
• Provide guidance and support on all health and safety matters to employees and contractors. Qualifications and Experience:
• NEBOSH National General Certificate.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Previous experience in a shipyard or similar industrial environment is highly advantageous. Desired Skills:
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
