About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process for hospital, clinic, and other healthcare facility projects.
• Collaborate closely with medical staff, administrators, and technical consultants to define project requirements.
• Develop detailed designs that comply with stringent healthcare standards, accessibility guidelines, and infection control protocols.
• Produce technical drawings, specifications, and presentations for project stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with budgets, timelines, and quality objectives.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in healthcare design and technology.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with specific experience in healthcare design.
• Minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience in designing complex healthcare buildings.
• Proficiency in BIM software , particularly Revit, and experience with healthcare-specific design software is advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of national and international healthcare building regulations and guidelines.
• Strong client liaison skills and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
