Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process for healthcare projects, ensuring compliance with specific sector standards (e.g., HTMs, HBNs).
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, clients, and specialist consultants to define project requirements.
• Develop detailed designs, including space planning, equipment layouts, and technical specifications.
• Manage project delivery, coordinating with construction teams and ensuring quality control.
• Stay abreast of the latest innovations and best practices in healthcare facility design.
• Prepare and present design proposals and reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Professional architectural qualification (RIBA or equivalent) and registration.
• Proven experience in designing healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, or medical centres.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare planning guidelines and regulations.
• Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit) and relevant architectural design tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage projects effectively from concept through to completion.
