About the Role

Our client is seeking a specialized Healthcare Architect to join their innovative team in Wolverhampton. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of healthcare facilities, from conceptualization to detailed construction documentation.
• Ensure designs comply with all relevant healthcare standards, building codes, and regulations (e.g., HTM, HBN).
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, clients, and specialist consultants to define project requirements.
• Integrate sustainable design principles and evidence-based design strategies into healthcare projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively within a hybrid working model.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of building systems.

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Architecture (RIBA Part III or equivalent).
• Proven experience in designing and delivering healthcare projects.
• Thorough understanding of healthcare facility planning, functional requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, including BIM (e.g., Revit).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and client-facing skills.
