About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process for new healthcare facilities and the renovation of existing ones.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with a minimum of 7 years of experience, with a significant portion dedicated to healthcare projects.
• Proven expertise in the design of acute care hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, or medical research facilities.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare operational requirements, equipment planning, and infection control principles.
• Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit) and other relevant design and visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Understanding of Scottish building regulations and planning procedures.
