About the Role
Our client is actively seeking a specialized and experienced Healthcare Architect to lead critical design projects within their dedicated healthcare sector team in Liverpool . This role requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements associated with designing modern, functional, and patient-centered healthcare facilities. You will be responsible for translating complex clinical needs into innovative architectural solutions that enhance the delivery of care and promote well-being. Working across a range of projects, from new hospital builds to renovations of existing medical facilities, you will play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare infrastructure in the Merseyside region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design process for a variety of healthcare projects, from concept to completion.
- Develop detailed designs, specifications, and technical documentation for clinical and non-clinical spaces.
- Ensure designs comply with all relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for healthcare development opportunities.
Requirements
- Qualified Architect with a strong portfolio in healthcare design projects.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare building standards, clinical workflows, and medical equipment integration.
- Proficiency in architectural design software, including Revit , with an understanding of BIM.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement with medical professionals and hospital administrators.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects efficiently.
