Healthcare Assistant (HCA) – Complex Care

Location: Kent | Hours: Days and nights | Pay: £16 – £20 per hour

We’re looking for a caring, reliable HCA to support young people and adults with complex needs.

What you’ll do

• Work as part of a team, supporting clients and colleagues

• Follow each client’s care plan

• Handle challenging situations positively and appropriately

• Work days and nights with young people and adults with complex needs

What we need

• Experience in complex care

• Strong face-to-face communication skills with non-verbal clients

• At least 12 months’ experience as a children’s and adults’ support worker in the UK

• A valid PMVA certificate (BILD accredited), to be presented at application or interview

Nice to have

• A clear DBS on the Update Service
