Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of healthcare professionals within NHS hospitals and Care homes.

• Assist patients with daily activities such as mobility, personal hygiene, and feeding.

• Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to senior healthcare staff.

• Ensure the cleanliness and comfort of patients, maintaining a safe environment.

• Work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver optimal patient care.

• Follow all infection control and health and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work flexibly across various shift patterns.

• Ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients.

• Valid DBS check and the right to work in the UK.

• Previous experience in a hospital or care setting is essential.
