About the Role

This hybrid role requires you to leverage your expertise in the healthcare sector to connect talented professionals with leading healthcare providers. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, and ensuring the highest standards of service. Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, and allied health staff.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and care homes.
• Understand client staffing requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from advertising vacancies to negotiating offers.
• Ensure all placements meet the stringent compliance and regulatory standards of the healthcare sector.
• Meet and exceed agreed-upon recruitment and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on the healthcare sector .
• Strong understanding of healthcare roles and the associated regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and build lasting client relationships.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model, balancing office-based collaboration with remote flexibility.
• Familiarity with healthcare recruitment compliance and ATS systems.
