You will be responsible for sourcing and placing qualified healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, and allied health staff, into a variety of clinical settings. This role is crucial for maintaining the high standards of service our client provides to healthcare organisations across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various healthcare roles, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with healthcare clients, understanding their staffing needs and challenges.
• Conduct thorough background checks and reference verifications for all candidates.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact through to placement and post-placement follow-up.
• Stay updated on healthcare industry regulations, trends, and workforce demands.
• Achieve and exceed agreed-upon placement targets and client satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a demonstrable focus on the healthcare sector .
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including clinical roles and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment databases and relevant healthcare compliance software.
• Ability to work effectively from an office environment in Southampton , with a commitment to in-person collaboration.
• High level of organisation and attention to detail in managing candidate and client data.
