Healthcare Support Worker - Basingstoke & Winchester

Our Healthcare Support Workers are at the heart of our multidisciplinary teams who support our patients by assisting our Registered Nurses in planning, delivery and evaluation of care. This will require you to:

The Healthcare Support Worker role is varied and busy as you will be working a variety of shifts including long days, nights, weekends and bank holidays. Successful candidates who are eligible will be expected to undertake the Level 3 Senior Healthcare Support Worker Apprenticeship. Eligibility and suitability for the programme will be assessed based on apprenticeship funding requirements, previous qualifications, and relevant experience., It is essential that within your application you are able to demonstrate an understanding of the role and responsibilities, able to prove how you develop and maintain positive working relationships, along with evidencing how you would demonstrate our Trust values.

Working as a Healthcare Support Worker is a vital role within the team and if you're positive, caring and have a can-do attitude - we want you to join us., You must be a minimum of 18 years old to apply for the role and be willing to work a minimum of 23 hours per week. You must be able to commit to the standard shift pattern for this role which includes long days, nights, weekend and bank holidays.
