About the Role
Our client is looking for an organized and customer-focused Helpdesk Analyst to join their team in Wolverhampton . In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for providing essential IT support to internal staff, ensuring smooth daily operations. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, manage user accounts, and assist with IT-related queries. This position offers the flexibility of working both remotely and from our office, supporting a team dedicated to maintaining a robust and efficient IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve IT support requests from employees via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to end-users on IT best practices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with security policies.
- Document all IT support activities, solutions, and system configurations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role.
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS operating systems and common office productivity suites.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting and hardware diagnostics.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for user support.
