Helpdesk Manager, CAFM & Healthcare FM

Kudos Services is a well established facilities management provider delivering services across NHS LIFT buildings. We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Manager to lead the helpdesk function, drive performance and ensure effective delivery of maintenance services.

Reporting to the Contract Manager and working with Operations, you will oversee CAFM data, drive service performance, and support KPI achievement while developing a high performing team across the healthcare portfolio.
