Helpdesk Support Analyst

About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and technically adept Helpdesk Support Analyst for a fully remote position. This role involves providing essential IT support to internal staff, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems, software, and hardware. You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting technical issues, installing and configuring systems, and assisting users with their IT needs. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve IT support requests from employees via ticketing system, phone, and email.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues, providing timely solutions.
• Assist users with account management, password resets, and access permissions.
• Create and maintain IT documentation, including user guides and knowledge base articles.
• Support the implementation of new IT systems and upgrades.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Helpdesk Analyst or in a similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and standard office applications.
• Experience with network troubleshooting and support.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
