Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems.
• Assist with user account management and access permissions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT support requests and resolutions.
• Offer remote and on-site support as required by the hybrid working model.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Helpdesk Technician or in a similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/macOS) and common business applications.
• Experience with network troubleshooting and hardware diagnostics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• A relevant IT certification (e.g., CompTIA A+) is highly desirable.
