Key Responsibilities

• Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently for deliveries and collections.
• Plan and execute daily routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
• Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any defects.
• Secure loads properly to prevent damage or shifting during transit.
• Maintain accurate driver logs and delivery documentation.
• Adhere strictly to all transport regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 1 (Cat C+E) license .
• Full CPC qualification and digital tachograph card.
• Proven experience as an HGV Class 1 driver.
• Excellent driving record with no major endorsements.
• Good understanding of tachograph law and working time directive.
• Physical ability to handle loading/unloading when required.
