Class 2 HGV Drivers – Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for Class 2 HGV Drivers on behalf of a leading environmental and recycling business.

This is an excellent opportunity for drivers who have recently gained their Class 2 licence, as no previous HGV driving experience is required. Full training, guidance and ongoing support will be provided to help you develop within the role.

The position is offered on a temp-to-perm basis, giving you the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

You’ll be joining a business that plays an important role in sustainable food waste recycling, helping businesses across the UK manage their food waste while supporting environmental and sustainability goals.

What you will be doing:

• Driving a Class 2 vehicle to collect food waste from a variety of customer locations surrounding our depot.

• Ensuring timely and efficient collections.

• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and helping keep our fleet and people safe.

• Being the face of the business – professional, polite, and dependable.

• Returning the waste to our facility, where it's processed into renewable energy.
