HGV Class 1 Weekend Drivers

Pertemps are looking for an experienced HGV Driver / LGV1 Driver / Class 1 Driver / C+E Driver to join our client’s busy depot based in Stoke-on-Trent. This is for weekend work only.

Details of this HGV 1 / Class 1 Drivers role:

Location: Stoke-on-Trent Pay rates: From £21.44 to £24.57 per hour (PAYE) Hours: 10 – 12-hour duties

For this HGV Driver / LGV1 Driver / Class 1 Driver / C+E Driver role, your responsibilities are:

Safely loading and unloading cages of letters and parcels Working with both single and double-deck trailers, with some pushing and pulling involved Average 10 - 12hour shifts Various start times as this is a 24-hour operation Week days are available but must be able to also work over the weekend What we’re looking for in a HGV Driver / LGV1 Driver / Class 1 Driver / C+E Driver:

Minimum 1 years’ HGV Class 1 driving experience, with recent Class 1 work within the last 6 months A valid C+E licence, CPC card, and digital tachograph card A maximum of 6 penalty points (no major endorsements) If you are looking for HGV Class 1 Weekend Driving work, please click apply
