HGV Technician

HGV / LCV Technician Location: Kent Salary: Up to £21.00 per hour DOE + Overtime, Saturday's, Standby & Call-Out Payments Hours: 40 Hours Per Week | Rotating Early & Late Shifts | Alternate Saturday Mornings

The Role

• Service, maintain and repair HGVs and LCVs
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
• Carry out inspections and repairs to manufacturer standards
• Prepare vehicles for MOT
• Accurately complete job cards and workshop documentation
• Work efficiently to maximise productivity and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Heavy or Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
• Previous experience as an HGV or LCV Technician
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Good understanding of DVSA/VOSA standards
• Ability to work effectively within a busy workshop
• Basic Microsoft Outlook knowledge
