High Earning Sales Executives

Sales Executive - High Earning Potential

Bolton | £27,500 Basic | OTE £50,000-£105,000+ | Full-Time, Permanent

Low basic. Serious earning potential.

If you are a confident, driven sales professional who is motivated by commission and wants the opportunity to earn significantly above your basic salary, this could be the role for you.

We are recruiting for a fast-growing, highly successful business in Bolton that is looking to appoint ambitious Sales Executives to join its expanding team.

This is not a traditional cold-calling role.

You will be speaking with prospective customers who have already shown an interest in high-value products and services, building rapport, understanding their needs and guiding them through the buying journey.

For the right salesperson, the earning potential is exceptional.

With a basic salary of £27,500, successful performers can earn £50,000-£90,000+, with top performers capable of exceeding £100,000 per year.

The Opportunity

You will manage a pipeline of warm inbound enquiries and convert those opportunities into booked appointments and sales.

You will be expected to build trust quickly, understand customer motivations, confidently handle objections and maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales process.

This is a consultative sales environment where relationship building matters just as much as closing ability.

You will:

Manage warm inbound enquiries by telephone, email, WhatsApp and digital channels

Build strong rapport with prospective customers

Understand individual requirements, motivations and buying triggers

Explain products, services, processes and payment options clearly

Convert enquiries into appointments and sales opportunities

Follow up consistently with warm leads

Manage your own pipeline effectively from wam initial calls to Teams meetings.

Work towards individual conversion and revenue targets

Maintain accurate CRM records

Handle objections confidently and professionally

Deliver a high-quality customer experience from first contact through to conversion
