HIU Engineer Location: Covering North London Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 DOE + Call out OTE £60k Hours: Monday-Friday - 40 hours a week + call out (Max 1 in 4) Type: Permanent, Full-Time Are you an experienced HIU Engineer looking for a stable role with consistent, ongoing work and genuine opportunities to progress your career? - Installing HIU systems, including associated pipework
- Carrying out planned maintenance and servicing of HIUs
- Completing accurate records of work and materials using the company PDA/IT system
- Diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently and professionally
- Communicating clearly with clients and property managers regarding job progress and follow-up works
- Working safely and maintaining high standards of health & safety at all times What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 Plumbing qualification
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous HIU engineering experience
- Experience working within commercial and/or residential properties
- Social Housing experience is desirable but not essential
- A professional approach with good communication skills What You'll Get
