HLTA: Lead Phonics & Literacy Interventions

Aspire People Limited is seeking an HLTA or Level 3 Teaching Assistant to deliver targeted phonics and literacy interventions in North Liverpool. You will lead small groups, work with teachers and the SENDCo, and support pupils with diverse needs to close gaps and boost confidence.

The role emphasises independent session leadership, strong communication, and a passion for helping children develop literacy skills. A DBS Update Service check is preferred, with references provided.
