Aspire People in North Liverpool is recruiting an enthusiastic HLTA or Level 3 TA with strong phonics intervention experience to start September 2026. This primary school-focused role offers a daily rate of £95-£125 and the chance to deliver targeted literacy support, help pupils build confidence and close gaps using Read Write Inc.
