Home-Visit Dementia & Mental Health Support Worker

Hampshire and Isle of Wight NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for Healthcare Support Workers in its Older Persons Mental Health Community Team across Petersfield/Bordon and Winchester. You will support patients with dementia at home, signpost families, and assist in managing overall wellbeing and independence.

The role is part-time (22.5 hours) with a salary of £25,760 to £27,476 per year, pro rata for part time. A full UK driving license and access to a car are required.
