About the Role

Our client, a reputable hotel situated in the bustling city of Milton Keynes , is seeking an accomplished and visionary Hotel General Manager to lead its operations. This senior leadership role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for hospitality, responsible for overseeing all hotel departments, driving revenue growth, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals for the Milton Keynes hotel.
• Ensure the delivery of outstanding guest service, addressing any concerns and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Manage, train, and motivate all hotel staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Control budgets, manage expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
• Maintain compliance with all local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of success as a General Manager or senior operations leader.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, industry trends, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and enhance guest satisfaction.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
