Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel departments, including accommodation, food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance, to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Manage the hotel's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the hotel's management team and staff, fostering a culture of service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements .
• Enhance guest satisfaction through proactive service delivery and effective complaint resolution.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in senior hotel management roles, with a strong understanding of all hotel operations.
• Proven ability to drive revenue, manage budgets, and control costs effectively.
